Call on CH16 then switch to CH14.
Entrance is well marked and easy.
Docks are neither floating or the usual upright posts so some care with fenders required but they are very solid and should withstand most anything. Ditto the power supply pedestals.
Dan, (ex Chubb Cay) is the harbour guy and most helpful.
They have completed the build of a marina clubhouse / bar / restaurant which they say will be open for business later next month.
Meantime, McDuffs Bar and Restaurant is most welcoming and Dan will transport folk to and fro on a courtesy golf cart.
The not so good part.
US$7.00 per foot with a 50ft minimum plus a quite unbelievable 10% ‘Marina Tax’ which is added to everything including power. I asked where that 10% goes and was told “straight back to the Marina” by the office lady who is embarrassed by the level of charges!
118 KW of electricity cost us $82.60 Thank goodness for 8 solar panels or that would have been considerably more….
I may not become a frequent visitor!
