I am planning to go to the Bahamas next week and am trying to create a profile on the Health Travel Visa site. When I reach "Upload Passport Photo and Information Page" and click it, nothing happens and I am not able to drag and drop the photo to that area either. I am at a roadblock in the process. Any suggestions?

Yes, that was the issue. We were using a MacBook Pro with Safari browser. It would not work. We downloaded Chrome and everything worked normally.
Ed, you may need to try another web browser. They are not all created equal... maybe try FireFox or Google Chrome?
